A group of 48 members of Congress, led by U.S. Rep. Kelly Morrison, are challenging the appointment of Dr. Kimberly Biss, a St. Petersburg OB-GYN, to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), according to Minneapolis Media / Coon Rapids Town News. In a letter to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the representatives raise concerns about Dr. Biss's views on vaccine science.
